Yvette Long, MA, CPC
As President of ASPIRE, Yvette has dedicated her career to using her training, knowledge, and experiences to help individuals prepare for college and careers, and develop a sense of balance and peace, free of stress and anxiety. Helping individuals make healthy life choices and overcome uncertainties, setbacks and change to develop the drive and self-esteem to realize balance and happiness is very satisfying. No one truly knows another’s struggles. Through meditation and balance you can begin to feel normal and less anxious.
THE PATH TO EXCELLENCE lies in being ourselves and understanding life is a journey not a destiny.
I have spent years connecting boys to college and getting them career ready. My success has been in helping sometimes reluctant individuals prepare for a new future. We all want balance and happiness but aren’t always sure how to achieve it.
